Apex is a career development application designed to provide daily insights, support goal tracking and reflection, offer learning content, and provide AI-powered coaching assistance.

Apex is for informational and educational purposes only.

2. Not Professional Advice

Apex does not provide legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, mental health counseling, or guaranteed HR/employment outcomes.

AI coaching responses are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on app content.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription, including full AI coaching, expanded goals tracking, and advanced learning features (with some limited functionality available to free users).

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account settings.
• Pricing is displayed in-app and may change over time.
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of the platform where you purchased the subscription (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play).
• Features and limits may vary by plan or subscription tier.

5. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

To protect system performance and ensure fair use, AI coaching usage may be subject to rate limits (e.g., daily or monthly caps).

Limits may differ by subscription level, and excessive usage may result in temporary restrictions.

We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the App
• Use Apex for unlawful purposes
• Input harmful, illegal, or abusive content
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or access restricted features
• Use the AI to generate harmful or deceptive material

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and branding are owned by Apex or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App without permission.

8. Availability & Changes

We may modify, discontinue, add, or remove features; change content offerings; and adjust pricing or limits.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding accuracy of content, AI outputs, or career outcomes (including promotions, salary increases, or job placement).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost income, employment outcomes, decisions made based on app content, or AI inaccuracies.

11. Termination

You may stop using Apex at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, abuse or fraud is detected, or required by law.
